Thai flavors as an aromatic side dish

This Tom Yum rice brings the intense aroma of the famous Thai soup to your plate in rice form. Lemongrass, ginger, and lime leaves give the rice an incomparable flavor. The red curry paste provides the characteristic spiciness and color. What makes it special: all the spices are cooked directly with the rice, so every grain absorbs the intense flavor. Dried chilies and lime leaves can be eaten or removed before serving. This rice side dish transforms any simple meal into an Asian taste experience. Perfect with fried tofu, vegetables, or simply with a little lime juice and fresh herbs. In just 25 minutes, you have a side dish that surpasses all known rice variations.
