Ingredients you'll need

  • 90g herbs/herb stems of choice (cilantro herb stems and spring onion)
  • 500ml good quality olive oil
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Blanch herbs in boiling water for 2mins before transferring to ice bath
    2. Add to blender with olive oil and blend 3-4mins
    3. Strain and store in fridge where it'll last a couple of weeks.
