Christmas scent for your home – almonds with caramel crust

Nothing smells more like Christmas than freshly roasted almonds! And the best part: You can easily make them yourself – in a pan, without an oven or a candy thermometer. Almonds, sugar, water, cinnamon – that's all you need. The result: crispy, caramelized almonds like you'd find at a fair, only cheaper and vegan. Perfect as a snack, gift, or for Advent baking. Tip: Also works with hazelnuts or cashews. These almonds are a sweet treat with a nostalgic touch! 🎄🍬
