Ingredients you'll need

  • 5 big tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • juice of 1/2 big lemon
  • 1 tsp chili sauce (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp each cumin ground coriander paprika (optional)
  • water as needed
  • 1 cauliflower cut in florets
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • olive oil
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. For sauce: stir tahini, maple syrup, lemon juice, seasonings and water until creamy
    2. For cauliflower: mix florets with lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil
    3. Bake at 200C/400F for 25mins
    4. Serve cauliflower on the tahini sauce.
