When laziness works for the best – pasta without a guilty conscience

Cooking doesn't always have to be complicated – this lazy pasta proves that the best dishes are often the simplest! While cherry tomatoes, onions, and Italian herbs sizzle in the oven at 190°C, the pasta cooks. The secret lies in the roasting process: The tomatoes burst, caramelize slightly, and develop intense, sweet and sour flavors. Balsamic vinegar and a dash of vegan cream transform the roasted tomatoes into a creamy, natural sauce. After 15 minutes, everything is mashed and mixed with the al dente pasta. The result? A full-flavored pasta with complex roasted flavors that looks like it's been simmering for hours. Perfect for lazy evenings, students, or anyone who wants a big impact with minimal effort. Sometimes less is more! 🌟
