When Turkish cuisine meets Italian pasta

This simplified version of Turkish manti proves that authentic flavors don't always require complicated preparation. Short pasta replaces the traditional handmade dumplings, while a spicy lentil and onion mixture provides the savory filling. Cumin, paprika, and chili give the dish its characteristic flavor. Classic Turkish sauces are a must: aromatic tomato butter and creamy garlic yogurt round out the dish. In just 25 minutes, this is a homage to Turkish cuisine that is both time-efficient and flavorful. Served with fresh mint, every bite becomes a mini-journey to Anatolia.
