Simply authentic: Korean cuisine for your home

Dubu Jorim is pure Korean comfort food! This marinated tofu in spicy soy sauce is as simple as it is ingenious. Firm tofu is seared until golden brown and then braised in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. The result? Perfectly seasoned tofu slices that are caramelized on the outside and juicy on the inside. The balance of salty, sweet, and spicy is addictive. Dubu Jorim tastes best with rice and other Korean side dishes like garlic eggplant. In just 25 minutes, you can bring authentic Korean cuisine to your table. A recipe that proves: Tofu can be truly exciting when prepared right! 🇰🇷
