  • halved
  • Handful mint and cilantro
  • chopped.

For the dressing

  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp agave
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • Pinch of chili flakes

  2. Shred carrot and halve cherry tomatoes
  3. Chop mint and cilantro
