Ingredients you'll need

  • 1 can (220g) white beans or chickpeas
  • 100g peanut butter
  • 75g maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp oat flour or coconut flour
  • chocolate chips
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Process beans, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt and flour into dough using stick blender or food processor
    2. Stir in chocolate chips, shape into balls, store in fridge up to 4 days.
