Sweet Thai dream in 5 minutes – authentic & vegan

Thai Banana Roti is one of Southeast Asia's most popular street food snacks – and with this ingenious hack, you can bring the authentic taste home in just 5 minutes! Instead of laboriously kneading dough, simply use rice paper, fill it with banana, peanut butter, and vegan condensed milk, and fry it until crispy. The result tastes amazingly similar to the original: crispy on the outside, sweet and creamy on the inside with the typical banana and peanut flavor. Perfect as a dessert, a sweet snack, or even for breakfast. This food hack proves: sometimes the simplest solutions are the best. Thailand feeling guaranteed – without a plane ticket!
