Ingredients you'll need

  • 1 1/8 cup (300ml) lukewarm water
  • 10g fresh yeast or 3g instant yeast
  • pinch sugar
  • 3 cups (380g) flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Whisk water, yeast and sugar
    2. Add flour and salt, knead until dough forms (will be sticky)
    3. Rest 90mins
    4. Generously flour working surface and dough
    5. Divide in 2, place on lined baking tray
    6. Bake at 250C/480F for 20-25mins.
